Completion of any course with Zachary Driving Academy, LLC does not guarantee that a driver’s license will be awarded to a student nor that the course will count for school credit. Students may qualify for a discount on auto insurance premiums. Please contact your insurance company to inquire.
Refund Policy
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Students may reschedule another class date if they are unable to attend the original class, but we must be notified as soon as possible if a student will be unable to attend the originally scheduled session.
Disabled Students
Students with hearing, speech, or learning disabilities should notify Zachary Driving Academy, LLC or their disability when enrolling. Zachary Driving Academy, LLC will make every effort to provide the appropriate accommodations where applicable.
Absence Policy
No certificate will be awarded to a student until all course requirements are met. A rescheduling fee may apply. See the course Policies and Procedures for additional information.
Photo and Video Disclaimer
Zachary Driving Academy, LLC (ZDA) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ZDA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ZDA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by ZDA including , but not limited to, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian. A person wishing not to have his/her image recorded should make their wishes known in writing and submit to ZDA at the time of registration.
Grievance Policy
Zachary Driving Academy, LLC makes every effort to resolve any conflict that may arise. Anyone who wishes to file a complaint against the school may contact the Training and Certification Unit at the Office of Motor Vehicles, P.O.Box 64886, Baton Rouge, LA. 70896.
